Yes, you are correct, Barzilla Morlan is listed in the 1850 Census for Washington Township,Putnam,IN, age 50, as a Physician. I connected him to my 3rd gr grandmother Martha Morlan when I posted a quarry on the Wayne Co. Ia. genweb site. I learned that she was buried next to Rebecca, wife of Dr. B Morlan, then Dr. B and then a daughter, Mary. Barzilla was born into the Quaker religion, and was disowned 21 Oct 1822, for joining another religious society. I think some of his siblings were also disowned. The family is mentioned in the Ohio and Virginia Quaker Monthly Meetings.
