Just so anyone looking will have correct info. Lemuel Dirkson Hickman was the father of Laura (Lora) Ann Hickman born 21 June 1854, Whaleyville, Worcester, Md. Lemuel was born in Delaware according to my information from the census. If you have information on parent's who may have come from England will you please share? I've been searching for so long and haven't even been able to prove Lemuel was born in Delaware.
