Ozenbaugh Funeral 2:30 Wednesday.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Fruita Methodist church for Mrs. Edith Jarman Ozenbaugh, Fruita. The Rev. Norman Jensen will officiate, and burial will be in Elmwood cemetery, Fruita. Starks funeral home is I charge. Mrs. Ozenbaugh, wife of Arthur F. Ozenbaugh, died at 6 p.m. Saturday at Fruita Community hospital following an illness of six months. Edith Jarman was born April 30, 1870, at Kewanee, Ill., the daughter of Silas J. and Mrs. Molly Likes Jarman. She spent her childhood at Farragut, Ia., and she and Mr. Jarman were married there Feb 26, 1896. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary four years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Ozenbaugh moved to the Grand valley 40 years ago and had resided In the Appleton and Fruita communities since. Mrs. Ozenbaugh had been a member of the Methodist church since she was a girl, and she was active in church affairs, including the W.S.C.S. She was also a member of Royal Neighbors lodge, the High Point Community club, and W.C.T.U. She had a wide circle of friends, and her friendly interest in what went on in the community and her willingness to help others endeared her to both young and old. Surviving are the husband; one son, Kenneth, Casa Grande, Ariz.; foster daughter, Mrs. Bert Hall, Arcata, Calif., and two brothers, Fred Jarman, Los Angeles, Calif., and Will Jarman, Nodaway, Ia.

Arthur F. Ozenbaugh, 85, Resident for 50 Years, Dies in Fruita.
Arthur F. Ozenbaugh, 85, a resident of Grand Valley for 50 years, died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at his home in Fruita following a lengthy illness. Mr. Ozenbaugh had been a resident of the Fruita area since 1916. Funeral arrangements are being made by Starks Funeral Home at Fruita.

Ozenbaugh Service Thursday, Fruita; Longtime Farmer.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. F. a. Napier in the Fruita Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Thursday for Arthur F. Ozenbaugh, 85, who died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in his Fruita home. Dorothy and Alie Weaver will sing accompanied by Ronnie Moore, organist. Burial will be made in Elmwood Cemetery, Lester Starr, Bernard Kelly, Roy Stutler, Mahlon Jordan, Grover Stout, and Joe Tufly will be palbearers, Starks Funeral home said. Mr. Ozenbaugh was born June 9, 1869, at Monmouth, Ill. He lived there until he was 13, when he went to Missouri with his family. In later years he lived at Farragut and Essex, Iowa, where he was in the restaurant business. On Feb. 26, 1896, he and Edith Jarmen were married at Farragut. She died about four years ago. They came to the Grand Valley in 1908, living at Appleton a while and at Fruita after 1916. A farmer, Mr. Ozenbaugh retired in 1949 and moved to 224 South Peach Street in Fruita. He had no immediate kin. His home was shared in the last months by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Belle Ozenbaugh.
