Frances Virginia Hall was born in Lafayette County, Wisconsin, 9 Mar 1848. Her parents were Albert and Angeline (m.n. unknown) Hall. She married 13 Nov 1867 in Jo Daviess County, Illinois, Frederick Needham Frentress (1835-1928). She died 26 May 1922 in Delaware County, Iowa, possibly Manchester. I would love an obituary or death record for Frances that lists her mother's maiden name.

Frances's mother remarried after Albert's death to Moses Gillman. They lived in East Dubuque, Illinois.
