I am in dire need of a lookup. Yesterday I got a photocopy of a quitclaim deed made in Decatur Co. 11 Oct 1865. It is a photocopy (dated Nov 1991) from a Decatur Co. deed book with the deed handwritten by a clerk. The page number does not appear on the photocopy. I got this by way of a genealogist who is now deceased, but she forgot to cite the book and page. I am pretty desperate to identify the source.
