On the 1900 Census for Wayne, Henry, INDIANA:

Bent Carmichael......age 43 yrs
Ella Carmichael.......age 41.....Born Sept. 1858 NC?
Their children living at home at this time:
Lulu? Carmichael ....age 13 yrs
Fern " ...age 11
Robyn " .....age 8
Ucal and Ethal .......age 6 Twins
Carroll and Arthur....age 3 Twins
According to this census, they had 11 children and only 9 were alive in 1900.
Two had moved out by this census. Was one of them Benton Jr?

I have been unable to find William "Benton" on other census records further back. I did find some William Carmichaels, but not sure if any were him. I am told that these Carmichaels migrated from NC to Indianna.
Any help with this family is appreciated.
