There were two Shreiner brothers in the 1850 census, George and John, who were from Lancaster County, PA. Neither one appears to have a son James, though.

If you have any male cousins still carrying the Shreiner name (say descendants of Cora's brothers), they could do a Y chromosome DNA test to see if they're related to the Lancaster County Shreiners.
