Francis A Leach, her parents were John C Meneely b.1788 Ireland m. Isabella Cunningham; he is connected to the semi-famous Andrew Meneely maker of Church Bells of Troy, NY--the Meneely's connect to the Irish Clan of Meneely--? I noticed that 1860 census Frankfort, Clinton Co IN has "Joshua Leach 71 MD, Ann 60 NY, & James Brookie 71 KY"=clue her maiden name was Brookie if that's her father. FamilySearch.org has: James D Brookie b.1789 Fayette KY d.22 May 1868; parents: John Brookie 1750 Scotland m.23 Dec 1778 Mercersburg Cumberland PA to Mary McElhatton (perhaps Ann Brookie's parents/grparents).
