Your post was long ago and not sure you will see this but Francis M. Tucker was son of Jacob Tucker, b. 1808, Henry Co., KY...married Caroline M. Cosby 1835 in Oldham Co. KY (reformed from Henry Co.).
Francis M. married Virginia Caroline Williams on Dec 23, 1878 in Clark Co., IN.
I have the names of children, etc.
As far as Jacob Tucker is concerned we are not sure who his parents were but they were from Ireland and was possibly George Tucker.
