Looking for information on Mary Ellen Crouch Laylander whose mother Sarah Maxwell Crouch McNary visited her in Fort Wayne in 1899 just prior to Sarah's death. Mary Ellen was born in 1834 in Jefferson County. Her father died shortly after she was born and her mother Sarah later married John McNary.
