I am seeking an 1880 census record for the above couple, possibly in Hopkins Township. Adaline & Almon married in 1871 and sometime during the 1880s moved to Clark Co., SD, so the 1880 census is the only one in Whiteside Co. where they should be found as a married couple.

Secondly, I am looking for census info prior to 1880 (most likely 1860 or 1870) for Almon living with his parents, Solomon and Mary Zimmer. The Zimmer family came from New York, and some settled in Clinton Co, Iowa, while Solomon stayed in Whiteside Co. I am trying to determine approximately in which decade they came to the area.
