Hi, Trica. Do you know what kind of admission information was collected on the admission form?? My G-Aunt, Mary O'Rourke, was a patient there in the 1900's. Are these records available and can family members see this info?? What I'm interested in knowing whether any info was collected on the parents background i.e. parents place of birth, etc.
