I know the message is old but since we talked today on another post - I prefered to write some comments here.
One possibility - She was from Alsace.
I saw a Jacob Wurster from France in another tree. Maybe a parent ?
Married to a lady from Wurtringen Alsace. I have now knowledge of such a place in Alsace or in Germany (but it is not impossible it existed). It could be a lead of a place to search...(

I would try to look into each individual cities ("communes") in low Rhine Alsace. It is very long but - depending on your time and interest.
Their records have been scanned but not indexed.
http://etat-civil.bas-rhin.fr/adeloch/adeloch_accessible/ind...The website is tricky
To find a city you may enter only a single letter (ex: e or a)
I would try entering "ingen" or "gen" - or other commonality names
With ingen I get
Dehlingen Diemeringen Drulingen Durningen Goerlingen Hinsingen Ingenheim Klingenthal Oermingen Rexingen Ringendorf Thal-Drulingen Voellerdingen Weislingen Wingen Wingen-sur-Moder Zollingen
No Wurtlingen - but Weislingen etc
Then you may try to search Baptemes (baptism) and Naissances (Births)
It is tedious but registers are quite short.
"Tables décennales" are alright to - sometimes they have alphabetic index but are larger.
...
It is mostly in German - but if you need help with French, dont hesitate to ask me.
I hope it helps,
Good luck
Maj
