This may be very old news to you since the post is from 2002, however I thought I could share what I have for the Huffmans. My ancestor is Colonel William Huffman who is your Abigail's brother. I have the names of Abigail's other siblings but not all the dates. William Huffman was b. Abt. 1794 New York and d. 15 Dec 1857 Nunda, McHenry County, Illinois. His wife was Lavilla Sears b. 10 Jun 1793 Ct d. 25 Oct 1875 Il. William and Abigail's father was Mathias Huffman b. about 1772 d. 30 Oct 1833 in probably Auburn, Cayuga Co., New York. Their mother was Eve (maiden name unknown) b. about 1774 d. 11 Jul 1846. Hope this info helps someone out.
