Thomas W. Causey and wife, Mary/Polly Swift around late 1830's into Fayette Co. I know of one that married in Madison Co. George W. Causey, s/o Thomas and Polly. I descend from a daughter of Thomas and Polly - Rhoda Stafford Causey who married William C. Powell in Clarksville, Montgomery Co, TN. Thomas and his brother, Robert were in Montgomery Co, TN for awhile. They had moved there from Guilford Co, NC.
