Holy Angels was one of a dozen Catholic elementary schools in Aurora when I was growing up there (1960s). I lived a block away from Holy Angels Catholic Church, convent, priests' residence, and school. All are still there except that the convent is now used for other purposes. It was not a live-in boarding school or orphanage, just an elementary school (grades 1-8) -- one of many that fed students into one of the five local Catholic high schools. The building is on Kensington at Russell Ave. (Earlier, their previous building was at another Aurora Location; this present one was built in maybe 1960, I remember the construction.) It's still a thriving church and school.
