John WELKER, Jr b. 29 Feb 1809, OH or PA; d. 29 Aug 1895, Cumberland Co, IL, was married 5 times, but I do not have all the wive's names. He was the son of John WELKER, Sr b. 2 Feb 1776, ?Westmoreland Co, PA; d. 25 Apr 1870, Jasper Co, IL. John, Sr m. ca 1799, Elizabeth TUMELSON b. ca 1780; d. 5 Aug 1869, Yale, Jasper Co, IL. John Jr was the 4th child of 14 children--I have the names of only 11 of them.

John WELKER, Jr m. 16 Mar 1831, Stark Co, OH, Mary EPLEY; and had 9 children. I do not have the marriage date but John m. Rebecca Jane PIERCE. I do not have any data on her, but I have 2 children listed for them:
1. Sarah WELKER b. in Cumberland Co, IL; m. Will John AULT; I have 1 child for them--Clone AULT b. 18 Jan 1892, Jackson Co, IL; d. Jul 1976, Greenup, Cumberland Co; m. Minnie ROBERTS b. 23 Oct 1890; d. Feb 1983, Greenup. Their 4 AULT children were William; Irene m. ?? KINGERY; Imogene m. ?? SWICK and Helen m. ?? PARK.
2. Harry WELKER b. 1867, Yale, Jasper Co, IL; m. Lizzie ALMETTA; they had 2 children:: a. Aleen WELKER m. ?? MANNING and had Kathleen and Michael MANNING. b. David WELKER m. Dorothy ?? and had Susan WELKER.
