The closest parish (Irish since you're looking for Dalton) to the interrsection of Loomis (1400W) and Wabansia (1700N) is:

Annunciation (founded 1866, Wabansia and Paulina)

There are other Polish and german churches in that area. The next closest Irish parish is at 300W...a long ride in 1875.
