Roman Catholic churches in Chicago

Classification: Query
Hello, I'm researching my 1/2 brother's father's family--Edward J. Burns whose parents were James F. Burns and Mary Kavanaugh. Edward J. Burns (my brother's father) was born in May 1899 in Chicago. I have not been able to obtain a birth certificate so hope to find a baptism certificate for him. In the 1900 census they lived in Ward 30 of the city -- on Ada St. near 61st st. I believe the area where they lived in 1900 is what is on current Chicago maps the area bounded by Ashland on the west, 59th on the north, Racine on the East and 63rd on the south.
Any help on identifying the local Catholic parish church for this area would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Patricia
