Mrs. Anna Raap, 71 years old, wife of Robert R. Raap, general sales manager of the Union Paint and Varnish company, died yesterday in Mercy hospital after a long illness. She lived at 4919 Dakin street, and was a native of Chicago. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Harold R. and Robert Jr. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday from the chapel at 4920 Irving Park road to St. Bartholomew's church.

Robert R. Raap Sr., 70, founder and president of the former Union Paint and Varnish company, died yesterday in Downey veterans hospital, where he had been a patient for the last three years. He was a Spanish-American war veteran and past commander of McKinley post of United Spanish American War veterans. Survivors are a son, Robert R. Jr., and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at 4930 Irving Park rd. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery.

Services for Harold R. Raap, 43, supervisor of the city division of the main postoffice and a postal employe for 21 years, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 4920 Irving Park rd. Mr. Raap died yesterday in Columbus hospital. He resided at 3224 Natchez av., and was the son of Robert R. Raap, Republican committeeman in the old 15th ward 38 years ago. Besides his father, he is survived by a son, Marine Corp Robert A. Raap, a daughter, Loretta Ann, and a brother, Robert R. Raap Jr.
