In partiicular, a marriage around 1903 between Allen G Mills and my great-great-grandmother Emma Barker Keene Lowe. It was her 3rd marriage and not directly related. She's an interesting character and I want to round out that era of her life. I found her as Emma Lowe with her daughter Marion in the 1900 census. The year is estimated from info in the 1930 census.
