The Twin Falls, Idaho Clara Harris appears to be a different couple than I am looking for.

They are Jay P and Clara I Harris.
Mine are Jay B and Clara Bell Harris. Although my Clara Belle Smith was (per the 1900 federal census) born in July 1884.
