Your mention of Reuben Eaton got my attention. Malinda Eaton married Bryant Brown Bradley in Hall Co, GA in 1828. The only Eaton I found in the 1820 Hall Co census was Reubon Eaton, and I wondered if he was Malinda's father. I have a couple of bits of data about Reubon and some other Eaton marriages in Hall Co. If you're interested let me know.
