Just to keep progressing the thread I believe I've found the likely parentage of (or at least possible) of Virginia Cooper. They married in Madison County in 1833, so looking at the 1830 census in Madison county for any "Cooper" households with a daughter of the right age. There are two in that census:

Jonathan Cooper

and

Elizabeth Cooper (assumed to be a wife of a "Cooper")

Going to the 1820s census in Madison County there is a James Cooper and a Vining Cooper with a daughter the right age.

Researching further James Cooper married an Elizabeth/Betsy Higginbotham in Madison County... and in 1830 the Elizabeth Cooper is listed right next to an Elizabeth Higginbotham (probably a wife of a male Higginbotham).

Due to this it seems that James and Elizabeth Cooper are in the 1820s census with a daughter there and James is either gone or dead by the 1830s census, right before Virginia married.

I've looked up some trees of Jonathan and haven't seen an attribution of a daughter Virginia (though some trees seem to associate some of his daughters)... and in looking up James and Elizabeth Cooper I haven't seen many trees that attribute many (in most not any) of his daughters.

Due to the highly speculative reason above as well as James and Elizabeth being in Madison County longer I started looking into that connection more, though assuming Virginia could be the daughter of either household.

So James Cooper married Betsy Higginbotham (Betsy being a nickname for Elizabeth) and Betsy Higginbotham is believed by many online trees to be the daughter of a Caleb Higginbotham and Mary Ann Cash (daughter of Robert Howard Cash who happens to be the ancestor of Johnny Cash, the man in black).

What's interesting is Ancestry DNA has been suggesting "new ancestors" for me that are descendants of Robert Howard Cash and I DNA match a lot of Robert Howard Cash descendents. On top of that recently on FTDNA I've been finding even more evidence to lend credence to this connection.

My mother and uncle (both bryant descendants) match another descendant of John P Bryant and Virginia Cooper (they both match this person on about 70-80% of their 8th chromsome as well as multiple other segments).

On of the other segments is in the beginning of Chromsome 3 and I've found about 6-7 other people who share that segment and also match. I've contacted a couple of them and seen some trees.

Two descend from that same Cash line (that goes back to Virginia) and another has a Higginbotham ancestor in Madison & Elbert county Georgia at the same time, marriages within a couple years of John P Bryant and Virginia Cooper actually, what Higginbotham they belong to in that area (all related) seems unknown, most trees attribute it to another one, but considering this shared segment I'm suspecting it might be Caleb and Mary Ann and that's a cash segment.

I have yet to get a respond from 3 or so more people who match on that segment, if I could confirm one or more people to share that segment and Cash ancestry it would definitely help confirm Virginia Cooper's ancestry...

Even with the current state though two other people share that segment and have Cash ancestry, possibly a 3rd (or more) and that ancestry likely comes from John P Bryant and Virginia Cooper (unless me and this other match share a second set of ancestors), that all is adding up (for me at least) that this is probably the right ancestor for Virginia Cooper.

If any other descendants of them are on FTDNA you can look for matches against my mother Sharon Bryant... or if your on gedmatch message me and I can dig out kit numbers, maybe you have this same segment.
