In "The Hart of Georgia, A History of Hart County Georgia" copyright 1992 The Savannah River Valley Genealogical Society on pages 586-587, there is a History of the Robert Skelton family by Edna Skelton Walters which should supply some of the information you are looking for.

Another book "Pioneers of Hart County, Georgia" by Harold Travis Parker contains a History of the Spencer Bobo Family on pages 25 - 30.
