In the meantime, if your main concern is maiden name...

Florida marriage records show a Joe Vance married on 8 April 1989 in Duval County (Jacksonville), cert. #030730. A search for a Marjorie married on same date led to same certificate number and place. Marjorie is indexed under two surnames: Daniel and Wilson. One of these is most likely her maiden name; getting that certificate should lead you to it.
