Thank you for responding.

Unfortunately, I have nothing more than the marriage record. I am unable to locate them on any census record so I have no idea of age, race, birth place. etc.

My Wallace family begins with James Wallace (b 1784, probably in the Carolinas; d after 1872, probably Cobb County, Ga.); married Martha (Patsy) Eaves, Rutherford County, NC, 1808. I am descended from their son, Toliver Wallace (1809-1882), and his wife, Nancy Dycus (1809 - after 1880). The also married in Rutherford County, NC, 1833. Toliver and Nancy moved to Cobb County, Ga., about 1867. Their children are listed in my ancestry tree titled "Wallaces of Rutherford County, NC, and Cobb County, Ga.".

Toliver had a son named James but I have not been able to find him after the 1860 census for Rutherford County, NC. Toliver's brother, Harbird B. Wallace, also had a son named James H. Wallace; however, it appears that he did not marry.

Thank you.
