Looking for a William Mason Timmons born Jan. 26, 1831 S.C. and died March 15, 1901, possibly Carroll Co., Ga. He married Mary Elizabeth Cooper (b. April 7, 1837 Ga. ) on Nov. 21, 1854, possibly in Ga. He had the following children: Sarah Ann, Louisa Alice (md. David A. Black in Carroll Co.), Pernecia Elizabeth (md. John S. Wynn), James Mason (md. Hattie F. Baskin in Carroll Co.), Martha Ella, Harris Walker (md. L.Suphronia Adams in Carroll Co.), Emma Lucinda, Rebecca Eugenia, Mary Frances, John Hampton and Thomas Oscar. Some are buried in Temple, Carroll Co., Ga.

Harris Walker and his family lived and some died in Carroll Co., Ga. Does any of this ring a bell with you? John Hampton and Thomas Oscar were blind and taught music and sang in many area churches. About half of William Mason's children never married. Let me know if you recognize any of this.
