My husband's ggrandfather was William Frederick Howard.
According to the LDS Library, his Howards were in Tolland.
William and Frederick seem to be popular names in his Howard line even today. I am attaching a picture of Wm F. Howard who was from Allen County Ohio. I would love to exchange information with anyone from this line.
