Does anyone know of a special school or hospital that cared for paralyzed people in New London County. I found out that my grandfather's brother died in Preston, Ct at the age of 18. It's odd because the family lived in New Haven, Ct. So I have to go on the assumption that he was being cared for somewhere in that area. Thanks.
