Well, from what you said in your messages, I was able to find Oretta's grave, Cliford's grave and also that of Cora - Clifford's first wife.

On findagrave.com - Cora is shown to have died 14 Mar 1927, so that would narrow the marriage date for Clifford and Oretta quite a bit. Sometime after March 14, 1927 and 1929 would be my guess as to when Oretta and Clifford married.
