Perhaps Minnie Atkins married William Randolph Casey about 1916 in Oklahoma. William registered for the draft 5 June 1917 in Creek County, Oklahoma. He lived about 2 1/2 miles from Oilton. My father, Melvin Roy Atkins told me she gave birth to a child about 1917 and she died about 1918 near the time the child died.

An online family tree states the name of the child was Robert. William continued to live in Creek County through 1940. He married Cora Bullington before census time 1920. William and Cora lived in Yuba and Sutter Counties, California and died there in 1969 and 1961 respectively.

The family tree posters at Ancestry.com have not responded to messages.

Please contact me if you can help me locate the source showing that Minnie and William's child was a boy and that his name was Robert.
