I live in Nevada now, but the CA State Library is located in downtown Sacramento just in front of the State Capitol Building on Capitol Mall. Their website is http://www.library.ca.gov/ You might put a post on the Sacramento board and ask for a lookup or try the Yahoo groups list for Sacramento- they have a lot of people who do all kinds of lookups. Incidentally, for Yolo County, try Woodland - they probably have a library there. Often if you call a library, the librarian will look it up for you.
