EMMA L. ADEN - A service will be held at 2 p.m. Firday in the Brentwood Funeral Home in Brentwood, for Emma L. Adken of Modesto, who died Tuesday in a Modesto hospital following a long illness at the age of 101.
She will be buried in the Union Cemetery in Brentwood.
A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Aden had lived in Modesto since 1974.
She leaves four sons, Jim of Brentwood, Jennings of Pitsburg, Alfred of Woodland and John of Modesto; two daughters, Lois Lawhorn of Antioch and Johnnie Green of Lucerne Valley; 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
