O'Neil, Jr. and his wife Shawn, Tiburon, CA, Ann O'Neil Gradowski and her husband John, Bethesda, MD and Jane O'Neil, Bethesda, MD; grandfather of nine; brother of Grace O'Neil Regan, Bronxville, NY and Jerry O'Neil, Akron, OH and Jupiter, FL.

Friends will be received at Pumphrey's Bethesda-Chevy Chase Funeral Home, 7557 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD on Sunday from 2-6:30 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be offered at the Church of the Little Flower, 5607 Massachusetts Ave., Bethesda, MD on Monday, April 10 at 10:00 AM.
