Hi there. I finally am making some headway with my gg-gf's line. I found him in the death index, here in Madera California. I'm wondering if someone could give me more information on him? All I have is:

Name: Jess Herbert Warren
Social Security #: 566202401
Sex: Male
Birth Date: 12 Jan 1885
Birthplace: Missouri
Death Date: 25 Feb 1956
Death Place: Madera


I was going to just order his death certificate, but I can't without his parents' names. Unfortunately, I don't have those yet. I'd love more information on his death, or a funeral home, maybe an obit?

Can anyone point me to some online places that I may be able to look this information up even? Thank you in advance!
