I am trying to locate info about Elizabeth Goodwin, daughter of Charles A Goodwin, in his obit she is mentioned as Elizabeth Scharpegge, however I am sure in death she was Elizabeth Johansen, can anyone help me clear up this mystery??

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock for Charles A. Goodwin, 87, veteran of the Civil War, who died here yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Scharpegge. The services will be conducted from the Motell Undertaking parlors, Long Beach.

Mr. Goodwin was a native of Louise, Ky., coming to California in 1906. In 1911 he purchased an orange grove on East street, Anaheim, and has lived there for the past 13 years.

The deceased served in Company I, Fifth Regiment, North Virginia Infantry, during the Civil War.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Willam Payne and Mrs. Scharpegge of Anaheim, and Dr. Mollie F. Richardson of Los Angeles; also by three sons, Dr. J. H. Goodwin and A. G. Goodwin of Los Angeles and John H. Goodwin of Anaheim.
