Interesting that the obituary says she is a native of Michigan (she was born in Missouri.) Perhaps she lived there for a period.
Also, notice the obit at the end says "...Terre Haute, Ind., papers please copy." ? Sounds as if her obit was placed in newspapers there as well as in Los Angeles. Perhaps she may have lived there or had relatives living there.
