I see the burial for a Frederick Sallander, Civil War Soldier in the National Cemetery there in Los Angeles.
Death date was 25 April 1930.

It is my hope to obtain his obituary, and see if it gives better clues to if this is my uncle...or if he comes from another line.

If this is my uncle, he served during the Civil War in Company H, 10th Wisconsin Infantry.
He would have been widowed twice and no one is even sure if he had any surviving children. We know he had at least one son, Thomas, but do not know when or where Thomas died.

Sure could use some help on this one.
