Still trying to find information concerning the John Parks who married my ancestor Laura Rexford in Del Norte County on May 28, 1882.

I found in the Del Norte County Great Register of 1875 a John Parks, age 60, born Canada, of Crescent City along with David Parks, 21, also born in Canada. Over in Smith River there was a John J. Parks, age 24, born Canada. Perhaps David and John J. were sons of John Parks Sr.

In the 1886 Great Register the following were listed:

John Parks age 63
John J. Parks
David Parks
Archibald Parks (Crescent City)

Was Archibald another son? If anyone knows anything about this family and can perhaps tie my Laura into it, please be in touch. Thank you.
