On motion and petition filed it is ordered by the court that John Latta be appointed Guardian for the purpose of binding out the following named minors: Leander Simpson, Hugh Simpson, Margaret Ann Watkins, John Watkins, and Zachary Taylor Watkins and that a copy of this order served upon said Latta by the sheriff of Washington County be sufficient authority for him to act in the premises.
