when someone dies naturally at home or nursing home, the funeral home takes care of the death certifacates and file it. Of courss after a short period of time you have to go to the courthouse. Any way that has been my experience. But the reason I thought the court house in AR. might not have it was because the funeral failed to file it but that probably not the case.
