Here is the information from the McCarroll book:

Wash McCarroll was married again in Lawrence County, Arkansas on September 21, 1848 to Nancy Ann Miller, born in Tennessee on March 13, 1823, and is believed to have died in Sharp County, Arkansas sometime after 1880. Nancy Ann was the daughter of Horatio Samuel Miller, born in South Carolina in about 1800 and died in Arkansas between 1860 and 1870 and Elizabeth Miller, born in South Carolina in about 1801 and died in Arkansas between 1850 and 1860. Wash and Nancy McCarroll sold all of their land in the early 1870's, and no record of Wash was found after those land sales. Nancy McCarroll was shown with her three youngest daughters on the Sharp County, Arkansas census dated June 7, 1880. They were living in the Jackson Township near her son John McCarroll and his family. Wash and Nancy McCarroll had six children and little information was learned about any of them except one son.
