The obituary for my gX2 grandfather, George W. Ruby, said that he was interred at Cook Cemetery also, but his gravestone is right beside the church parking lot at Ballew's Chapel Cemetery. So I've concluded that Ballew's Chapel was once known as Cook Cemetery.
