I know that George Ivey was living in Independence County Arkansas in about 1822. He and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Gilbreath gave birth to a daughter named Lovina. I believe in Independence Co. If you can provide me a way to prove it please let me know. I don't know if they kept records back that far. I have Cenus that shows the family in 1830 but I really need to know if Lovina was born in 1822 Independence.
Lovina Ivey married "unknown" Baker somewhere in Arkansas and then moved to Texas by 1840 as her oldest child was born then. If you think you know who Unknown Baker might be I would appreciate that info. Unknown Baker was killed by Indians and Lovina Baker married Wade Hampton Hudson in Red River County Texas in 1843. I also need parents for Wade Hampton Hudson.
