I am looking for the parents of James Tyre Pierce born 11 July 1866 in Arkansas. He may have been born in Indepencence County, but not certain. Possible parents may be George and Caroline Pierce.

We know that James Tyre Pierce was living in Independence county when he met Florence Della Kirkland, daughter of John Dooley and Susan Martin Kirkland. Della was born on 4 June 1873.

James Tyre Pierce married on 19 Feb 1892 to Della Kirkland. Around 1900 the family moved to Waco, Texas. Della's sister Fannie Melinda Kirkland also lived in Waco, McClennon County, TX with her husband Jacob Riley Haddock.
