Do not know.
All I do know is the name of cemetery is Lowes Creek but one must assume the cemetery was named after the Surname Lowe. The cemetery is near Oak Bend and there is no creek nearby.
I will be surverying this cemetery this summer if I am recovered from surgery as I had operation 2 weeks ago.
