There are several Browns buried in Brown Cemetery at Barney. J.R. Brown, b. 2-16-1811, d.9-14-1861, is the oldest. There are also several buried in the Heffington Cemetery. George C. Brown, Sr. 1837-1925, is the oldest there, besides Rachel Brown, 1817-1880.
