He married LOUESIA EXAMINER MURCHISON 25 Dec 1887 in Yell County, Arkansas, daughter of HIRAM MURCHISON and MARGARET LOWRANCE. She was born 21 Apr 1859 in North Carolina and died 01 May 1936 in Arkansas. They are both buried in Andrews Chapel Cemetery, Drew County, Arkansas.
