Hello, I know it's been 13 years since you posted your message. I was married to James Dean Sled in 1982...he is related to you through William Edward Sled, brother to Mary and John.
According to the info I have, everything indicates she lived while giving birth to your g grandmother Elizabeth in 1874, not 1873.. She died in 1876 during childbirth...the infant was a boy who did not live either.

I will update my tree with your information as alternate though...

I had 2 sons with James Sled and want to know as much as possible about their Sled family roots..
